Case Study 1

Client: a senior team in a large financial institution

The client sought a provider to take the team on a journey of development. The goal was to bring the team closer together as people, improve levels of trust, communication and collaboration and drive higher levels of performance and results. 

 

The challenge

 

The team was already a high achieving and performing one but it was felt that a lack of cohesion was having a negative impact on overall efficiency.

There had not been an external support brought into work with the team previously and as such it was important that any collaborator would be able to resonate with, and have a demonstrable impact on the team. 

 

The solution

The High Performance Team Development programme began with an initial half day session, focused on embedding high performance culture.

This combined platforming key concepts and an experiential element, which allowed participants to explore their own performance and their perspectives on the factors impacting team performance. The engagement grew into a multiyear programme.

 

Case Study 2

Client: an international developer and marketer of software products

The Client approached us to deliver a series of leadership development workshops, which would work as part of an internal programme designed to prepare staff for stepping up into senior people management roles. 

 

The challenge

 

We were approached to design a series of workshops that would compliment internal mentoring and shadowing opportunities, as well as training sessions focused on areas such as understanding SaaS based economics. 

The target audience was made up of young, emerging leaders ranging in age from early-20s to mid-30s. The organisation identified this group as having the potential to step up into more senior people leadership and management roles. 

 

The solution

The Emerging Leaders Programme was designed as a series of practical and experiential leadership development sessions, focused on topics identified by the client as key development priorities for the organisation. These included:
