Dave Gribben
Dave is an experienced management consultant who spent 30 years in industry management roles. He now works closely with large multi-national PLCs to small startups, in Ireland, across Europe and elsewhere, helping them develop organisations they are proud of, led by leadership teams that inspire the next generation of leaders. Dave also chairs a number of Boards and facilitates strategy development within those organisations including businesses in the fashion, skincare and manufacturing sectors.

Ian Kingston
Ian has over 30 years’ experience in business. Having held senior management positions in banking and insurance, he set up his own business in 1995 and since then he has worked with business owners, senior leaders and entrepreneurs guiding them to success through his belief that success in leadership, business and life is as much a matter of the heart as it is the head. Ian’s great skill as a coach and mentor comes from his ability to both challenge and inspire his clients with the right questions, insights and language to provoke performance breakthroughs.

Peter Mohan
The core driver behind Peter’s work is enabling purposeful, passionate leaders and teams to thrive as they bring more of the best of themselves to how they live and work. Peter has over 35 years career experience and he has done leadership development work with client organisations in Ireland, Britain, Europe, and the USA ranging across financial services, pharma, medical devices, agri-foods, energy utilities, education, media, and charities. To enable sustainable change in leaders and teams, Peter enables individuals to become more aware of the impact of their thinking (beliefs, biases) and the power of their stories as well as key insights into emotional intelligence and brain science. As a traditional Irish musician and composer, creativity and resourcefulness are important in Peter’s life and work. When working with clients, simple ideas are used to help individual clients to develop their awareness, presence, creativity and impact while gaining insights into crucial linkages between capability, motivation and performance.

Eva Nash
Eva spent 20 years in the advertising industry managing client accounts, growing client relationships and delivering campaigns on brief, on time and on budget. Within that time Eva has also had the privilege of leading project and department teams in client leadership, operations and project management. Eva is now a business coach working with teams and leaders, helping them navigate the very practical day to day implementation of leadership and business growth.

Paul Gleeson
Paul is an executive and performance coach who combines his professional background in financial services with having completed a number of expeditions to some of the most extreme and inhospitable environments on earth including rowing across the Atlantic Ocean and exploring the Arctic. Paul believes firmly in connecting passion to purpose in order to pursue meaning in our lives and work and in giving people the building blocks to achieve success on their own terms and in their own way.

David has worked in Broadcasting, Local Area Development and, for the last 10 years, in the world of Training and Development. Experienced in Business Development and Client Management. David is the Managing Director of Below the Line and first point of contact for people interacting with Below the Line, and ensures their requirements are met to the highest standards.
